Service

ContractorOpsLab provides fixed-scope workflow audits, proposal form and job-spec template support, project breach claim document workups, security breach claim document workups, and a $9 BreachClaim action packet for redacted data-breach or settlement notices. Workflow audits review agreed lead intake, missed-call handling, estimate follow-up, owner visibility, and related workflow materials. Proposal form and job-spec template support organizes agreed proposal fields, scope language, exclusions, allowances, selections, change-order paths, subcontractor scope sheets, and standard job-spec outlines for small contractors, subcontractors, and homebuilders. Project breach claim workups organize agreed project records into a claim chronology, issue matrix, document index, and missing-records checklist. Security breach claim workups organize agreed incident, account, vendor, payment, and insurance records into a security-event chronology, issue matrix, document index, and missing-records checklist.

Scope

The service scope is confirmed before payment or before work begins. Proposal form and job-spec packages are offered in published package levels or separately scoped custom packages. The $9 BreachClaim packet is limited to the paid packet-builder handoff for redacted notice text. Implementation, automation, ongoing monitoring, CRM migration, customer messaging, staff training, legal strategy, contract drafting as legal services, code compliance determinations, expert testimony, cybersecurity forensics, malware removal, live incident response, breach-notification advice, engineering analysis, insurance adjusting, damage opinions, filings, representation, and additional materials are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, sharing only materials you are authorized to share, identifying sensitive or restricted materials, and reviewing any recommendations before using them in your business.

No guaranteed results

ContractorOpsLab does not guarantee revenue increases, lead volume, booked jobs, callback speed, close rate, cost savings, settlement, claim recovery, insurance coverage, data recovery, security remediation, litigation outcome, or any specific business outcome.

No professional advice

ContractorOpsLab does not provide legal, tax, accounting, employment, safety, code, licensing, engineering, architectural, cybersecurity, insurance adjusting, expert witness, or other regulated professional advice through this website or its services.

Human approval
