How ContractorOpsLab handles information.

Information we collect

ContractorOpsLab collects information you provide when you request a fit call, ask for support, purchase a service, or share approved service materials. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, billing details handled by our payment provider, business workflow descriptions, screenshots, blank forms, templates, sanitized sample records, project records, claim chronology materials, incident chronology materials, photos, emails, invoices, change orders, insurer correspondence, vendor communications, account activity exports, and other materials you choose to provide.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, confirm audit fit and scope, provide the purchased audit, prepare findings and deliverables, process billing, maintain records, improve our service, and comply with applicable obligations.

Data minimization

We prefer minimum necessary materials. For workflow audits, ContractorOpsLab encourages process descriptions, screenshots, blank forms, templates, and sanitized samples before raw customer lists, full CRM exports, inbox access, call recordings, or highly sensitive material. For breach claim document workups, ContractorOpsLab asks clients to provide only records they are authorized to share and to identify confidential, privileged, restricted, security-sensitive, or personally sensitive materials before submission. ContractorOpsLab does not request raw passwords, secret keys, full card numbers, or unnecessary personal data.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers needed to operate the business, such as payment processing, hosting, email, file storage, or professional support. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security.

Payment information

Payment details are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. ContractorOpsLab does not intentionally store full card numbers on this website.

Retention

We retain information as long as reasonably needed for the audit, support, billing, legal, and business record purposes. You may request deletion of non-essential materials by emailing support@contractorsoplab.com.
